Delivery Policy

CoachBusinessOS is a 100% digital software-as-a-service product. We do not ship any physical goods. All software access, digital resources and coaching materials purchased through this website are delivered electronically.

When you receive access

Upon successful payment confirmation from our payment partner (Stripe / PayU), your account is automatically provisioned and access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. In most cases this happens within a few minutes.

What gets delivered

• Login credentials and access link to the CoachBusinessOS web platform.
• Access to your purchased plan's features (CRM, session tracking, goals, workbooks).
• AI credits added to your account (for AI plans / packs).
• Downloadable PDFs, worksheets and templates inside your member portal.

If you don't receive access

If you have not received your access email within 24 hours of payment, please:

• Check your spam, promotions and junk folders.
• Email us at admin.coachbussinessos@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will provision access within one business day.
• Or call us at +91 96237 54354 during support hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST).

No physical shipment

Because all of our products are digital, there are no shipping charges, no courier tracking and no delivery delays related to physical logistics. Geographic location does not affect your ability to receive or use the platform.
