These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoachBusinessOS website and platform ("Service"), owned and operated by Amol Dahiwal ("we", "us", "our") from Pune, Maharashtra, India.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Resell, redistribute or sublicense the platform or its content without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the Service, or violate other users' privacy.
4. Intellectual property
The platform, content, workbooks and AI outputs are owned by or licensed to CoachBusinessOS. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them in your own coaching practice. You retain ownership of the client data and notes you enter into the platform.
5. Payments
Plan prices are listed on the Pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by our payment partners (Stripe / PayU). You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the payment method you provide.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard.
7. AI features
AI-generated content (session summaries, prompts, suggestions) is provided as a tool to assist coaches. It is not professional advice and should be reviewed by you before use with clients. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your use of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
